3) Once your order is processed we will keep you informed;
4) Once we receive your order we will pass your goods to our transport company;
5) Our transport company will attempt to confirm delivery date with up to 5 days advance notice (excluding 24-48hr orders);
6) They will try and adhere to your requests if needed on a specific date or time;
7) You will be given a date and 3-4 hour time window and you can also be called up to 1 hour prior arrival if requested;
