At Clever Clicker, we appreciate your custom and in order for you to make a greater saving, we are now offering our Clever Clicker Click & Collect Service. Click & Collect offers all the benefits of shopping online with the added convenience of collecting your order from our warehouse at a time and date that suits you.
We offer customer collections, where you can come and collect the goods from our premises. We can offer you a 10% discount on customer collections. You must inform us that you intend to collect your order. We will contact you when your goods are ready for collection. You must notify us to let us know when you will be coming to collect your order, so we can have the items ready for collection. If the goods do not fit in the vehicle, then you will be required to pay back the 10% discount in order for us to arrange delivery with the appropriate transport company.
At the time of processing your order, we will notify you via phone call or email informing you as to whether your complete order is in stock already in our warehouse, which means that you can collect your order as quick as the next working day. If your order needs to be ordered from our supplier/s, then we will let you know the expected lead time outlining when we are due to expect your order into us from the supplier/s. As soon as your complete order has come into our warehouse from the relevant supplier/s, we will then let you know that your order is now ready to collect. We try our utmost to ensure that “In Stock” items are clearly marked on our website.
The discount of 10% for our Click & Collect Service can be used in conjunction with our sale prices, and other discount codes we may offer (such as monthly promotional discounts).
We fully reserve the right to withdraw or refuse our Click & Collect service, especially if the reduced price would result in our company making a financial loss.
We aim to respond to all Click & Collect orders with information regarding the collection either by phone call or by e-mail within 24 hours (Weekends and Bank Holidays excluded).

Where do I collect my order?
You can collect your order from our main warehouse in the North East of England, United Kingdom. The collection address is as follows: Clever Clicker, c/o Efurn Ltd, Unit 14 Cherry Way, Dubmire Industrial Estate, Fencehouses, DH4 5RJ, United Kingdom, T: (0191) 543 8340.
Our opening hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. You must notify us of when you will be coming to collect your order, so we can have the items ready for collection.
What proof of ID do I need to bring?
Please bring your order reference number. If you do not have this then we will accept photo ID or proof of Address. Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you your order without any of these forms of ID.
When can I collect my order?
Once an order is placed at www.cleverclicker.co.uk and the Click & Collect Service is chosen, we will process your order through our systems. You will receive notification of whether the items are in stock for immediate collection, or whether we have to order the items from our suppliers, which will have varying lead times. If your order is all in stock in our warehouse, then we will make contact with you via phone call and/or email to discuss collection. If your order has to be processed with the relevant suppliers, then we will contact you once your complete order is in our warehouse. As soon as all the item/s to your order are received in our warehouse, your order will be ready to collect.
What happens if something I have ordered is not available?
On the rare occasion that a product you order is not available for an extended length of time, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to notify you of the delay.
