Within this section of our website, you will find items that are available for 24-48 hour delivery. Orders must be placed before 11:30am to qualify for this service. We are unable to extend our 24-48 hour delivery service on weekends - deliveries will take place on weekdays only unless otherwise stated. For example, should you place an order before 11:30am on a Friday, the next available delivery slot would be on the following Monday/Tuesday. The delivery address must be located within the UK Mainland (excludes Northern Ireland).

These items are strictly subject to Stock Availability. Should you wish to be assured of stock levels, please contact us on (0191) 5438340 between our office opening hours of Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. Deliveries can not be guaranteed should we, or our supplier be out of stock at the time of order.

The items within this category will be delivered by an all-day courier service any time across a two-day period. If you are not at home when the courier tries to deliver, you will get a card from them with the details of how to re-arrange the delivery (we will be unable to re-organise the date on your behalf). If you wish to receive a tracking reference to track your delivery online, we can provide you with this information upon request.
